Join us at Takara for an afternoon of craft learning, community building, and farm-to-table tasting. Design your own floral garland and culinary grade garlic braid, while enjoying light farm to table bites. Preserve the height of summer's food and floral harvest with these one-of-a-kind arrangements, and carry the practice forward into your own garden or market-going wheelhouse! All materials and produce are grown by Rowdy Sprout Farm, a collaborative small-scale production growing food, flowers, and fiber on the south end of Whidbey Island. Workshop is led by Rowdy Sprout founders Kirsten Murray and Tommy Contreras.
When: Saturday, August 30th from 5-7:30PM
Where: Takara 1042 Lawrence St Port Townsend WA 98368
