Refund policy

We hope you love all of your TAKARA purchases but just in case it didn't quite work out we have you covered! See our policies below.

 

Refund, exchange and store credit are available within 2 weeks of receipt for the following (refunds to original payment methods have an 5% restocking fee, store credit will be issued for the full item value):

• Clothing
• Shoes

Store Credit:
• Jewelry

All other items, including home, ceramics, socks, vintage pieces and sale items  are FINAL sale. 

All product must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached.

 Custom orders and international orders are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at takaradesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Then, you will simply package and label your item, addressed here:

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item.

Items sent back to us without original tags and in worn / used condition will not be accepted.
